Our story
ComConnect Foundation was created to bridge resources for current and aspiring leaders that expand capacity, acumen, and community impact.
After recognizing gaps in service for vulnerable populations, including small businesses, our creators formed ComConnect Foundation to help facilitate strategic community connections that not only benefit local new and emerging leaders, but also the communities that depend on their passion and spirit of service.
Our vision is to create equal opportunity for success, through cooperation and collaboration, that allows everyone an opportunity to achieve of the American Dream.

Our history
ComConnect Foundation was created in 2022 by a group of emerging and established leaders from all over the United States. We were excited to offer our first events in 2023 and begin working with clients in 4th quarter 2022. New and impactful programs are rolled out every year to help individuals learn, grow, and give right where they live.
Our Founder

Felicia Seals-Buchanan
CEO and Founder
Felicia is a community activist and local business owner in South Bend, Indiana. She has more than 15 years grant writing experience and has worked with for profit and nonprofit organizations to secure vital funding, plan and expand community service programs, and create sustainable operations that benefit vulnerable populations.
